By applying for membership:
- I agree to be bound by the Hyde Village Striders RC Constitution and the applicable Codes of Conduct which are available here: http://hydevillagestriders.org.uk/documents

- I confirm that I understand that participation in activities with Hyde Village Striders RC is entirely at my own risk and that I should consult my own doctor if suffering from any condition that might make running injurious to my health.
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Hyde Village Striders RC you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact email@example.com.

Please note that if you have ever been a member of another club and registered with UK Athletics do let us know your old club. This is especially important if your name has changed, even slightly! If you have previously been a member of another club and registered with UKA you will already have been assigned a Unique Runner Number (URN) which stays with you for life. To avoid potential confusion we will need to match you to your previous URN.
