Club Training Plans

The senior coaches at the club regularly produce general training plans, suited mostly to people wanting to get round their first time, for popular events. The current plans are below.

However, if you are looking for a plan for another event, want a plan to improve your time or have other needs where a bespoke plan would be more suitable then please come and see Mike Mason, Michael Gubbins or Dominic Sexton at the club. Any of them will be more than happy to advise you and draw a up a plan specifically for you.
