England Athletics are working with Mind to promote mental well being by encouraging us to run together and talk #runandtalk

In addition to the usual club runs on Monday 29th January we will have a number of short, easy runs to suit all abilities and will encourage chatting during and after the run.

It is free and open to all from the age of 12 upwards (those under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult). Come along for a sociable #runandtalk with our friendly, enthusiastic and qualified leaders. We will meet at 18:15 to set off about 18:30.

No need to book if you would rather remain anonymous but you can if you like via RunTogether here or via meetup here

Meeting Place

Please come in the main reception entrance to Astley Sports Village and follow the corridor round to the right. We meet in the dining hall at the end of the corridor. We will have a club flag set up as the meeting point for the run.

Parking

Please park at Cromwell School, adjacent to Astley (the car park is through the first gate on the right coming up Yew Tree Lane, just after the first speed bump) and then walk the short distance to Astley so that the members of Astley Sports Village don't have trouble parking. If the gate for Cromwell is closed please park considerably on the road.
